Jolly Frog Kindergarten
Jolly Frog Kindergarten required a clean, trustworthy website that would serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents — and allow them to begin the enrolment process online. The site was built in pure HTML and CSS for maximum speed, then integrated directly into the centre's existing management system.
The Challenge
The kindergarten's management software handled enrolments, waitlists, and parent communication, but had no public-facing web interface. Parents had to phone or visit in person to start the enrolment process, creating friction and administrative overhead.
Our Solution
We built a lightweight, fast-loading static website and integrated it with the centre's management platform via their enrolment API. The online form captures parent and child details and submits them directly into the management system's waitlist, triggering automated confirmation emails.
The Results
Online enrolment enquiries more than doubled in the first quarter. Staff spend less time on manual data entry, and parents appreciate the convenience of starting the process from home at any hour.
